Attorney Pedram Mansouri

Certified Family Law Specialist & Divorce Lawyer in Beverly Hills

Pedram Mansouri is the founding partner of Mansouri Law Offices and is intimately involved in every case handled by the office. Mr. Mansouri is a Certified Family Law Specialist (CFLS), an exclusive title given by the State Bar to the best and most experienced family law attorneys in California. Mr. Mansouri is a seasoned family law litigator who routinely takes on the toughest and most complicated cases that other attorneys are reluctant to handle. He has taken hundreds of divorce, custody and paternity cases to trial, and has been recognized by his peers as a Super Lawyer every year since 2012. There is literally no family law situation which he has not successfully handled before.

When he is not fighting the good fight in court for his clients, Pedram is usually enjoying his time with his wife, two sons and dog Mickey, playing basketball, or rooting for his beloved USC Trojans or Los Angeles Clippers, both of whom routinely break his heart.

Affiliations & Education

Pedram is an active member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the State Bar of California.

He attended the University of California at Los Angeles where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1998. After graduating from UCLA, he then attended University of Southern California Law School, where he obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 2001. Pedram passed the bar (the first time) and began working as an associate attorney at a national litigation firm in downtown Los Angeles, before leaving to start his own law practice in 2003. Within a year of doing so, he realized that he had a passion for family law and decided to focus his entire practice on family law litigation.

While attending USC, Pedram was Associate Editor of the Interdisciplinary Law Journal and participated in the USC Post-Conviction Justice Project, an innovative and unique clinical program that gave law students the opportunity to represent incarcerated women who were imprisoned for killing their abusers.

In 2001, Pedram represented and secured the release of Rose Ann Parker from the California Institute for Women (CIW) in Chino, California. This was the first time that former Governor Gray Davis granted parole to a state inmate serving a life sentence for murder. In April 2008, Pedram was featured in a Women's Entertainment Network (WE) program entitled "Women Behind Bars" for his efforts in representing and securing the release of Ms. Parker.
